Ministria e drejtësisë reagoi për protestën “Stop për përmbaruesit” theksojnë se Ministria e Drejtësisë nuk ka kompetencë ligjore për të dhënë interpretim autentik të normave juridike, që është kompetencë ekskluzive e Kuvendit të Republikës së Maqedonisë së Veriut.
Ministria e Drejtësisë Ju njofton se kompetencë ekskluzive për të vepruar në bazë të parashkrimit të lëndës te përmbaruesi, ka gjykata në procedurë përkatëse.
Instituti juridik – parashkrimi, afatet, mbarimi dhe mënyra e përcaktimit, janë të rregulluara me dispozita të shumta të Ligjit për marrëdhëniet e detyrimeve (neni 349-382) dhe i njëjti nuk zbatohet automatikisht, por përcaktohet në procedurë gjyqësore me propozim të debitorit.
Përmbaruesi është i detyruar të veprojë sipas kërkesës së kreditorit dhe i njëjti nuk është i autorizuar të marrë asnjë vendim procedural lidhur me rrjedhën e përmbarimit, e që është kompetencë ekskluzive e gjykatës.

Abnormal this put up is totaly unrelated to what I was searching google for, but it surely used to be listed at the first page. I suppose your doing one thing proper if Google likes you adequate to place you at the first page of a non similar search.
