Parkimi i parregullt është shkaktar i një numri të madh të aksidenteve në komunikacion në të cilat pësojnë fëmijët, këmbësorët dhe çiklistët. Prandaj, KRSKRR-ja përkujton se shoferi, përkatësisht pronari i automjetit, nuk duhet të ndalojë ose të parkojë automjetin:

  • në vendkalimin e shënuar të këmbësorëve, si dhe në shtegun e biçikletave përgjatë rrugës dhe në distancë më të vogël se 10 metra nga ato vendkalime,
  • në udhëkryq dhe në distancë më të vogël se 10 metra nga tehu më i afërt i rrugës së tërthortë,
