“Pres që në pranverë të qarkullohet nëpër disa pjesë, ndërsa deri në fund të vitit 2026 më në fund të përfundojë ndërtimi i autostradës Kërçovë-Ohër”, tha sot zëvendës kryetari i Qeverisë dhe ministri i Transportit dhe Lidhjeve, Aleksandar Nikolloski.
Ai kumtoi se Qeveria ka miratuar ligjin e ri për ndryshimin dhe plotësimin e Ligjit për realizimin e autostradës Kërçovë-Ohër, i cili duhet të miratohet në Kuvend javën e ardhshme dhe bashkë me atë të zgjidhet një nga problemet themelore për realizimin e kësaj autostrade.
Siç theksoi Nikolloski, ndryshimet ligjore janë në pjesën e karakteristikave teknike të asfaltit që po shfrytëzohen për finalizimin e shtresave përfundimtare të autostradës, të përshtatura me kushtet gjeologjike vendore.
“Të gjitha problemet që kemi parë, kanë ndodhur si rezultat i punës së papërgjegjshme të qeverisë së kaluar. Ndryshimet ligjore janë në pjesën e karakteristikave teknike të asfaltit që do të përdoret. Jemi duke bërë përshtatje të kushteve vendore. Asfalti nuk mund të bartet më shumë se 100 kilometra nga vendi ku është prodhuar, që do të thotë se duhet përdorur një operacion lokal dhe ne përshtatemi me gjeologjinë, pra me vendet që përdoren për prodhimin e asfaltit. Me miratimin e këtij ligji, do të fillojmë menjëherë asfaltimin e pjesëve finale të disa pjesëve dhe për të qenë më konkretë, do të kemi pjesë të autostradës që do të vendosen në funksion. Pres që deri në fund të vitit 2026 të kemi një autostradë më në fund të përfunduar”, deklaroi Nikoloski.
Ai theksoi se po zgjidhen edhe problemet e trashëguara me shpronësimet, objektet që janë në rrugë, si dhe me rrëshqitjet e dheut.
Autostrada Kërçovë-Ohër e Korridorit 8 filloi të ndërtohet në shkurt të vitit 2014. Vlera e autostradës me gjatësi totale prej 57 kilometrash ishte projektuar fillimisht në 374 milionë euro, ndërsa pas disa anekseve të Marrëveshjes dhe shtyrjes së afateve, arriti në 598 milionë euro. Me shtesat ligjore në prill të këtij viti u mundësua përmbyllja e aneksit të gjashtë të Marrëveshjes, me të cilën u anulua periudha e ndërtimit deri në fund të vitit 2026.
