AVRAMOVSKA: “NUK DO TË LEJOJMË LIRIMIN E TË BURGOSURVE TË RASTIT “MONSTRA”

Zëvendësministrja e Drejtësisë, Viktorija Abamocska konfirmoi sot se, propozim ligji për amnisti është dorëzuar në Kuvend dhe pritet që të enjten të jetë në rend dite në seancën plenare të së enjtes, përcjellë KlanM.

Propozim ligji i propozua kohë më parë nga Ministria e Drejtësisë, për shkak të mbipopullimit të burgjeve, dhe kushteve jo njerëzore në të cilat vuajnë dënimet pjesa më e madhe e të burgosurve.

“Ligji për amnisti është propozuar nga Ministria e Drejtësisë me qëllim që të mund të zvogëlohet numri i të dënuarve në institutet ndëshkimore përmirësuese, që momentalisht është kryesisht numër i madh. Gjëja e vetme që komentohet në opinion është se, kur të sillet ai ligj, raste të caktuara që janë të karakterit publik, do të mund të shkaktojnë pakënaqësi”, tha Viktorija Avramovska, Zëvendësministre e Drejtësisë.

Megjithatë, Avramovska ka potencuar se nuk do të lejojnë lirimin e të burgosurve që janë të dënuar në rastet me karakter publik, siç është rasti Monstra. Në lidhje me këtë, ajo paralajmëroi se grupi parlamentar i LSDM-së do të dorëzojë amendament.

“Nuk është mirë që të lirohen ato të dënuar. Për këtë, me grupit tonë të deputetëve atëherë kemi folur se mund të dorëzohet amendament i cili do të pengojë lirimin, sepse bëhet fjalë për lëndë që janë me karakter publik, pasi që opinioni reagoi për “Monstrën”, ndërsa grupi jonë parlamentar nuk do të lejojë. Do të thotë, do të dorëzohet amendament, siç edhe është thënë paraprakisht”, tha Viktorija Avramovska.

Propozim ligji për amnisti është paraparë të sillet me procedurë të shkurtuar, ndërsa me të, propozohet lirimi i plotë i personave të dënuar me burg deri 6 muaj, kurse për të dënuarit me mbi 6 muaj burg, propozohet lirimi për 30% të vuajtjes së dënimit të plotfuqishëm. Kjo përfshin lirimin e tërësishëm të 286 të burgosurve, ndera pjesërisht do të amnistohen 996 persona./KlanMacedonia
