Deputetët e LSDM-së nuk do të mbështesin vazhdimin e afatit të pasaportave deri më 31 dhjetor, pasi vlerësojnë se është në kundërshtim me Kushtetutën dhe marrëveshjet ndërkombëtare. Kryeparlametari Jovan Mitrevski thotë se marrëveshjet ndërkombëtare nuk mund të ndryshohen me ligj.
“Sipas informacioneve që i marr gjithë kohës, është ky ligj nuk do t’i zgjidh problemet, ligji është në kundërshtim me nenin 118 të Kushtetutës, në kuptimin se marrëveshjet ndërkombëtare janë pjesë e kornizës së brendshme ligjore dhe faktikisht nuk mund të ndryshohen me ligj tjetër”, tha Jovan Mitrevski, kryeparlamentar.
Nga VMRO-DPMNE-ja sërish bëjnë thirrje për mbështetje. Antonio Milloshovski thotë se ky ligj është i domosdoshëm me qëllim të menaxhimit të kaosit.
“Është e denjë që deputetët e të gjithë popullit, ta votojmë këtë ligj dhe të vazhdohet afati i pasaportave deri më 31 dhjetor, me qëllim që kaosin që e ka bërë Oliver Spasovski, të mund ta menaxhojë ministri i ri i Punëve të Brendshme”, u shpreh Antonio Milloshovski, VMRO-DPMNE.
Propozimi i VMRO-DPMNE-së për vazhdim të afatit të pasaportave u dorëzua në ditën e njëjtë kur deputetët miratuan vazhdimin e afatit për patentë shoferin, megjithatë nuk u gjet në rend dite. Më 12 shkurt skadoi afati i pasaportave, ndërsa shumë qytetarë akoma nuk janë pajisur me këtë dokument udhëtimi për shkak të mungesës së terminëve. /Alsat.mk
