Agjencia për Zbatimin e Gjuhës ka reaguar ndaj deklaratës së kryetarit të Gjykatës Kushtetuese, Darko Kostadinovski i cili deklaroi në një intervistë për AIM se Ligji për Gjuhës ka krijuar kaos juridik dhe se se bashku me Balanserin duhet të diskutohet dhe të hiqen dilemat
Nga Agjencia deklaratën e Kostadinovskit e quajnë aventurë të rrezikshme pasi që dihet tashmë që gjuha shqipe njihet si gjuhë zyrtare në RMV krahas asaj maqedone.
“Lidhur me deklaratën e kryetarit të Gjykatës Kushtetuese, Darko Kostadinovski se me Ligjin e Përdorimit të Gjuhëve “politika ka krijuar një lloj kaosi juridik, i cili ka rezultuar me kaos politik, mosbesim, dilema”, Agjencia e Zbatimit të Gjuhës e RMV-së reagon siç vijon:
E para, deklarata e këtillë paraqet një aventurë shumë të rrezikshme për Republikën e Maqedonisë së Veriut, për shkak se preket njëra nga çështjet më të ndjeshme siç është gjuha e një etniteti, përkatësisht gjuha shqipe, çështje kjo e cila është zgjidhur me miratimin e Ligjit të Përdorimit të Gjuhëve më 2019, ligj ky që rrjedh pikërisht nga Marrëveshja e Ohrit e cila i dha fund konfliktit në këtë shtet. Ligj i cili në mënyrë të qartë dhe pa mëdyshje thotë që gjuhë tjetër zyrtare përveç gjuhës maqedonase dhe alfabetit të saj cirilik, është edhe gjuha shqipe dhe alfabeti i saj. Prandaj çdo përpjekje për ta ndryshuar këtë ose për ta reduktuar këtë të drejtë themelore, mbase është e rrezikshme”, thonë nga Agjencia.
Ata shtojnë se iniciativa të tilla ide të vjetra dhe pavarësisht tentativës Agjencioni do të vazhdojë të kryej punën e tyre.
“E dyta, konstatimi i kryetarit në fjalë se ky ligj “ka prodhuar kaos politik, mosbesim, dilema”, konsiderojmë se është një tendencë për ta dramatizuar situatën pa asnjë nevojë reale. Nuk mund të merret në rishqyrtim një nismë e ngritur, siç thotë ai, “nga qytetarë, parti politike, shoqata të ndryshme”, për arsye se fare nuk cenohet e drejta gjuhësore e tyre. Nismat e këtilla janë kryekëput me karakter politik, nacionalist dhe antinjerëzor. Gjuha shqipe u përket shqiptarëve dhe nuk rrezikon askënd. Tendenca për ta përjashtuar shqipen nga përdorimi zyrtar, është ide e vjetër e cila, siç e dimë, ka prodhuar tensione dhe konflikte.
E treta, pavarësisht nga tendencat, përpjekjet dhe deklaratat e tilla tensionuese, Agjencia e Zbatimit të Gjuhës do të vazhdojë ta kryejë punën e vet, siç ka bërë edhe deri tani, në pajtim me Ligjin e Përdorimit të Gjuhëve, duke i ndihmuar institucionet shtetërore me përkthim dhe lekturim dokumentesh, aktesh e shkresash të ndryshme, të cilat përmbushim kërkesat dhe nevojat e qytetarëve shqiptarë në Republikën e Maqedonisë së Veriut”, thuhet në reagim.
